These specialized barbed fleting needles are for the use with the Handi Felting Foot Kit (which is compatible with all Handi Quilter longarm machines with the exception of the HQ Infinity). Recommended for use in felting wool and other fibers to compatible background fabrics. No thread is involved in the felting process.
