This clever 2-part device holds Monster Snap Hoop’s bottom frame while the stabilizer and fabric or quilt sandwich is placed and the top frame attached. The result? A perfectly aligned top and bottom frame. Place the Hoop Setter on a work surface – we prefer Dime’s Hoop Mat – and slide Snap Hoop Monster’s metal frame into the Hoop Setters. On large hoops, we place the Setters on the corners closest to the attachment.
