About Our Policies

Class Registration

  • Registration can be made in person, online, by mail, or telephone.

  • Phone reservations are accepted with credit card payment.

  • Payment is required at the time of registration.

  • Class registration fee allows one person to attend—please, no children or visitors in class.

  • Class supply lists are available on our website. If needed, we can print a supply list when you register.

  • Books and patterns required for class must be purchased in advance.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • We do not issue refunds on class registrations.

  • If you register for a class and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit to use toward any future event if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop.

  • To cancel and request a credit, email us at .

  • Class credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to in-store merchandise purchases.

  • We cannot offer credits or reschedule requests with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • Credits cannot be given for classes hosted by visiting instructors. Due to the nature of these one-time-only events, all special guest-hosted classes are subject to this policy.

  • Ms Sew N' Sew's reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to lack of enrollment. If cancellation is necessary, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance (if possible) and refund your registration fee.

  • Our classes require pre-planning, including ordering supplies, booking staff, and securing instructors. Last-minute cancellations impact our ability to keep class prices low. No exceptions can be made to our policy, including for illness or travel. If you are unable to attend, we suggest giving your spot to a friend.

Return Policy

At Ms Sew N Sew's Quilt Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return a sewing machine, please review the following policy:

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • The machine must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Restocking Fee

  • All sewing machine returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Furniture

  • Custom products and special orders

  • Cut fabrics, books, patterns, and sale items (these are non-refundable)

 

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return request.

  2. Securely package the sewing machine and include all original components.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds (minus the 10% restocking fee and the credit card processing fee) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges & Repairs

  • If your sewing machine is defective or malfunctioning, please contact us for warranty support or repair options.
